Chicken/Lamb Biryani
Ingredients: • 250 g chicken or lamb • 1 pack spice mix • 2 tbsp oil • 4 tbsp yogurt • 300 ml water • 250 g rice
Instructions:
Marinate meat with spice mix, oil, and yogurt for 15 minutes.
Cook meat in oil for 5–7 minutes.
Add water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook rice separately (250 g rice + 600 ml water).
Mix rice with meat.
